You may have multiple Product Descriptions and Product Information for a single Product. This enables you to intelligently organize your content. For example, on a Merchandise Product, you may wish to display a list of features in one description and display a list of technical specifications in another. Or, for an Event, you may wish to write a unique Product Description about the Event, then assign Product Information about the venue and also display a Map of the location.
You can choose from a variety of display styles, such as displaying the content in tabs or panels. You can define the display style as a System Configuration and adjust the display on a per product basis. You may also sort the order of the content, so it is displayed exactly as intended.
Getting Started
Log into the administrative side of your database, navigate to Settings > Setup > Configuration and search for "product descriptions". In the Products section, you will see Configurations for "Default Product Description Display Style".
Choose from Accordion (Multi), Accordion (Single), Panel, or Tabs and click the Save button. Now, all new Products will have the display style selected by default. You may change this for individual Products in the Cart Options section under the Advanced tab of the Product.
This stacks the descriptions and allows your customers to expand and collapse them by clicking on the header.
Your customers may have multiple descriptions expanded at the same time.
Like Accordion (Multi), this stacks the descriptions and allows your customers to expand and collapse them by clicking on the header. The difference is that your customers may only have a single description expanded at a time. When a new description is expanded, the currently expanded one will collapse.

Like the Accordion options, this stacks the descriptions. The difference here is that the sections may not be expanded nor collapsed, so all the content is displayed to your customers without additional clicks.
Tabs
This places the descriptions next to each other.

Your customer may view each different tab, simply by clicking on it.

Maps may be enabled or disabled on individual Events. You can change whether or not new Events will have Maps enabled by default, via a System Configuration. Go to Settings > Setup > System Configuration and search for "map". Turn "Default new products to Hide Map Tab" to On or Off and click Save.
You may turn Maps On or Off on individual Products via the Advanced Tab. In Cart Options, check or uncheck "Hide Map tab" and click Save.

Please note that this will just hide the Map tab, the Location Details will still be shown.

To hide them on a per Product basis, check the Hide Location Details in the Cart Options and click the Save button.

Now, neither the Map nor the Location Details are shown.
