Media Manager -- Generating Media Items from the Edit Product Screen

Using Data From Multiple Products for a Single Media Item 

Product Media, Product Account Media, and Product Participant Media types of Templates can be generated via the Edit Product screen. This is useful for when you want to generated Media Items about a single Product.

Generating Media Items
Navigate to Products, find and select the Product. On the Main Tab of the Product, there is a "Create Product Media" button.  Choose your Media type, then choose your template. If it is a Master/Variation Product, select whether to include the Master, or the Variations, or both. Choose your template, click the "Generate Media" button, and check your email for a link to the Media Item.


Preview Sample:
The sample button provides a faster way to preview your custom fields with your media templates.
 
Note: Both the Product Account Certificate and Product Participant Certificates limit the preview to 5 pages. The Product Media does not limit the pages.
 
 

There is also a Generate button on the Roster Tab -- they have the same functionality.
