Media Manager -- Generating Media Items from Advance Product Search

Using your Product Media Template

Some types of Product Media Templates are integrated with the Advanced Product Search tool. This allows you to create a list of Products, select a Media Template, and then generate Media Items for those Products. 

Types of Supported Media Templates

You can choose from Product Account Media, Product Participant Media, and Product Media Templates. 


Generating the Media Items

Navigate to Products, and click the "Advanced Search" button. Once you have a list of search results, click the "Print Media" button.



Choose your type, then choose your template. If there are Master Products in your Search Results, select whether to include the Master, or the Variations, or both. If there are multiple pages of Search Results, you can include those as well, or you can choose to just generate Media for those results that are listed on the screen. Click the "Generate Media" button, and check your email for a link to the Media Items.
