Organization Media Templates and Media Item Generation in CRM

Media Manager -- Organization Media

Introduction

Organization Media allows you to create templates that can be re-used for various Organizations within your database. You can generate Organization Media Items via the Events tab of an Organization in the CRM.

Creating Organization Media Templates

Organization Media Templates are created like other Templates. Add rows of simple text, operators, and images. If using one of the "Multiple Product Data Grid" Template Styles, then you can also choose and place a Data Grid. You can choose an Organization to Preview Media Items for that Organization. Save, and then go to the CRM to generate the Media Items.


 

Media Overrides

Organizations have override fields for images and custom fields. This makes Media Templates more reusable and customizable. Go to your CRM, select the Org, and select Lead Settings.

Media Image Overrides

Click to upload an image for the background or an inline image. Upload your image, select it, click the Upload button, and then click the Save button.

Custom Media Fields

You can define values for Org Custom Fields. These values can then be used when creating media items. Input and save whatever value that you want into the Custom Field, and when Media Items are generated for that Product, the corresponding operators in the Template will use that value.
 
Note: To create a hard-return in a custom field, input {{NewLine}} in the field. For example, if the field value was "Hello {{NewLine}} world," then it would display as the following in the media item:
Hello
world

Generating Organization Media Items

Navigate to the CRM section of the Administrative side of your Database. Find and select an Organization, and go to the Event tab. Search for that Organization's Event, and click the Print Media button. 


Generate:
Choose the type of Organization Media, choose your Template, choose whether to include Masters and/or Variations, and click the Generate Media button. You will receive an email with a link to the Media Item after the System is done preparing it.


Preview Sample:

 
The sample button provides a faster way to preview your custom fields with your media templates.


Multiple Product Sort Order: Note that when using multi-product grids (as Organization Media does), the products are ordered first by Sort Order of the product (on the advanced tab) and then alphabetically by the product name.
