Manage Event Payouts & Partner Distributions in Configio

Payouts

Payouts are for our clients who run events in cooperation with other organizations. The Payout is the distribution of funds for the product or event. This allows them to track the financial agreements by event.

Note: Partners must be created before you can set up the Payout.

To create a new Payout, start at Settings > Payouts.
Click the Add New Payout button to get started.

This opens the New Payout fields. Fill in the information and select the appropriate Partner from the drop-down list. The Amount field is a dollar amount unless Is Percent Based is checked.  Once finished click Save.
