Automatic File Imports via FTP in Configio | Import Manager

Automatic Import

Introduction

Configio can allow you to automatically import files via a FTP folder. You can add files to the folder, Configio will listen for new files, and then will import them. This can be more convenient than importing them through the Administrative User Interface.

Getting Started

Please contact your Configio Implementation Specialist to get an FTP account as well as to get additional information about the tool.

Navigating to the Tool

Login to the Administrative side of your database and go to Settings --> Management --> Import Manager. Click on Auto Import Files.

Click the Add New Import File button.

Input a Title, input the Filename, choose the Type, and choose a user to send a notification email. Click the SAVE button.
