How to Manually Unsubscribe an Email Address from Marketing Campaigns

If you need to prevent a specific email address from receiving marketing emails, you can manually add it to your unsubscribed (Do Not Solicit) list.

To unsubscribe an email address:

  1. Go to Settings > Email Campaigns.

  2. Scroll to approximately one-third of the way down the page to the Upload Unsubscribed Email Address(es) section (Step 3).

  3. Enter the email address you want to unsubscribe in the Email Address field.

  4. Click Unsubscribe Email Address.

The email address will be added to your Unsubscribed (Do Not Solicit) list and will no longer receive marketing emails sent through the Email Campaign system.

Important

Adding an email address to the unsubscribed list only blocks marketing emails. The recipient will continue to receive transactional emails, such as order confirmations and other system-generated communications.
