Dashboards - Types of Search Data Sets
Introduction
There are dozens of types of Search Data Sets available in Dashboards. Here is a list, with a description for each, organized by subject area. If you have not read the Dashboards Introduction article, please start there.
Sales Search Data Sets
Products Sold Total
Number of products sold. Date range limits count by order date. Regions and categories don't apply.
Products Sold Over Time
Number of products sold for each day. Includes refunded and removed products. Date range limits the results by order date. Regions and categories filter by the region and category assigned to the product.
Products Sold By Category Over Time
Number of products sold for each day by category. Includes refunded and removed products. Date range limits the results by order date. Regions and categories filter by the region and category assigned to the product.
Products Sold By Region Over Time
Number of products sold for each day by region. Includes refunded and removed products. Date range limits the results by order date. Regions and categories filter by the region and category assigned to the product.
Orders Count
Number of orders placed. Date range limits orders by order date. Regions and categories filter orders by the region and category assigned to the product.
Order Products Count
Number of ordered products placed. Date range limits order products by order date. Regions and categories filter orders by the region and category assigned to the product. 
Order Items Per Average
Average number of items per order. Date range limits orders by order date. Regions and categories filter orders by the region and category assigned to the product. 
Order Amount Average
Average order amount. Date range limits orders by order date. Regions and categories filter orders by the region and category assigned to the product.
Sales Total
Total amount of sales. Includes unpaid balances. Date range limits orders by the creation date. Regions and categories filter orders by the region and category assigned to the product.
Sales Over Time
Sales for each day. Date range limits the results by payment date. Regions and categories filter sales by the region and category assigned to the product. 
Income Total
Total amount of Income. Doesn't include unpaid balances. Date range limits payments by payment date. Regions and categories filter income by the region and category assigned to the product. 
Income Over Time
Income for each day. Date range limits the results by payment date. Regions and categories filter income by the region and category assigned to the product.
Income By Category Over Time
Income for each day by category. Date range limits the results by payment date. Regions and categories filter income by the region and category assigned to the product.
Income By Region Over Time
Income for each day by region. Date range limits the results by payment date. Regions and categories filter income by the region and category assigned to the product.
Tax Total
Total tax collected for this product. Date range doesn't apply. Regions and categories don't apply.
Unpaid Balance Total
Total unpaid balances. Date range doesn't apply. Regions and categories filter unpaid balances by the region and category assigned to the product(s) with unpaid balances. 
Average Time Until First Order
Average amount of time between creating an account and placing an order. Date range limits accounts by the account creation date. Regions and categories filter orders by the region and category assigned to the product.
Average Time Until Second Order
Average amount of time between placing first and second order. Date range limits accounts by the account creation date. Regions and categories filter orders by the region and category assigned to the product. 
Abandoned Carts Over Time
Number of abandoned carts for each day. Date range limits abandoned carts by the cart creation date. Regions and categories filter carts by the region and category assigned to the products within a cart. Abandoned carts are carts that are older than 3 hours. Note: Abandoned carts are deleted after 30 days.
Abandoned Carts Amount Over Time
Total amount of potential income from abandoned carts for each day. Date range limits abandoned carts by the cart creation date. Regions and categories filter carts by the region and category assigned to the products within a cart. Abandoned carts are carts that are older than 3 hours. Note: Abandoned carts are deleted after 30 days.
Abandoned Carts Top Products
Top 10 products in abandoned carts. Date range limits abandoned carts by the cart creation date. Regions and categories filter carts by the region and category assigned to the produtcs within a cart. Abandoned carts are carts that are older than 3 hours. Note: Abandoned carts are deleted after 30 days.
Waitlist Count
Number of customers on waitlists. Date range limits waitlist event products by start date and other product types by registration start date. Regions and categories filter waitlists by the region and category assigned to the product. 
Products Search Data Sets -- On the Main Dashboard Page
Products By Type
Number of products for each product type. Includes inactive products. Date ranges limit events by start date and other products types by registration date. Regions and categories filter by the region and category assigned to the product.
Products Created By Type
Number of products created for each product type. Date range limits products by creation date. Regions and categories filter by the region and category assigned to the product.
Products By Type And Status
Number of products for each product type and active status. Date ranges limit events by start date and other products types by registration date. Regions and categories filter by the region and category assigned to the product.
Products By Category
Number of products for each category. Includes inactive products. Date range limits event products by start date and other product types by registration start date. Regions and categories filter by the region and category assigned to the product.
Products By Region
Number of products for each region. Includes inactive products. Date range limits event products by start date and other product types by registration start date. Regions and categories filter by the region and category assigned to the product.

Income Total
Total amount of Income for this product. Doesn't include unpaid balances. Date range doesn't apply. Regions and categories don't apply.
Income Total (By Variations)
Income for this product's variations. Date range limits payments by payment date. Regions and categories don't apply.
Income Over Time
Income each day for this product. Doesn't include unpaid balances. Date range limits time scale by payment date. Regions and categories don't apply.
Sales Total
Total amount of sales for this product. Includes unpaid balances. Date range doesn't apply. Regions and categories don't apply.
Sales Over Time
Sales each day for this product. Includes unpaid balances. Date range limits time scale by payment date. Regions and categories don't apply.
Spots Remaining
Number of spots remaining for this product (Quantity purchased and held subtracted from quantity available). Date range doesn't apply. Regions and categories don't apply.
Participant Gender
Participant gender for this product. Date ranges, regions and categories don't apply.
Participants Registered Over Time
Number of participants registered each day for this product. Date range limits time scale by registration date. Regions and categories don't apply.
Payment Types
Income by payment type. Date range limits payments by payment date. Regions and categories don't apply.
Products Sold Over Time
Number of products sold for each day. Date range limits time scale by order date. Regions and categories don't apply.
Unpaid Balance Total
Total unpaid balances for this product. Date range doesn't apply. Regions and categories don't apply.
Waitlist Count
Number of customers on waitlist for this product. Date range doesn't apply. Regions and categories don't apply.
CRM Data Sets
CRM Communication Types
Number CRM communications by communication type. Date range limits communications by creation date. Regions filter key communications by the region assigned to the lead, categories don't apply.
CRM Relationships
Number of CRM relationships types. Date range doesn't apply. Regions filter relationships by the region assigned to the lead, categories don't apply. 
CRM Key Relationships
Number CRM key relationships by relationship type. Date range doesn't apply. Regions filter key relationships by the region assigned to the lead, categories don't apply.
CRM Lead Count
Number of leads. Date range filters leads by creation date. Regions filter leads by the region assigned to the lead, categories don't apply.
CRM Opportunities
Number of CRM opportunities by status. Date range limits won/lost opportunities by closed date and active/new opportunities by creation date. Regions filter opportunities by the region assigned to the lead, categories don't apply. 
CRM Opportunities Over Time
Number of closed CRM opportunities for each day by status. Date range limits opportunities by closed date. Regions filter opportunities by the region assigned to the lead, categories don't apply.
CRM Tasks
Number of CRM tasks by status. Date range limits tasks by creation date. Regions filter tasks by the region assigned to the org, categories don't apply.
CRM Tasks Over Time
Number of CRM tasks for each day by status. Date range limits the results by task creation date. Regions filter tasks by the region assigned to the org, categories don't apply.
CRM Support Tickets
Number of active CRM support tickets. Date range limits support tickets by creation date. Regions and categories don't apply.
CRM Support Tickets Over Time
Number of CRM support tickets created for each day. Date range limits the results by the support ticket creation date. Regions and categories don't apply. 
Participants Search Data Sets
Participant Count
Number of participants. Date range limits participants by order date (participant must have order within date range). Regions and categories filter participants by the region and category assigned to the products they are participant in.
Participants Registered Over Time
Number of participants registered each day. Date range limits the results by registration date. Regions and categories filter participants by the region and category assigned to the product they registered for.
Participant Age Distribution
Participant age distribution by gender for this product. Date ranges, regions and categories don't apply.
Participant Gender
Participant gender. Date range limits participants by the start date of the product they are participating in. Regions and categories filter payments by the region and category assigned to the product. 
Participant Age By Gender
Average participant age for each gender. Date range limits participants by the start date of the product they are participating in. Regions and categories filter participants by the region and category assigned to the product.
Accounts Search Data Sets
Accounts Count
Number of accounts that have placed an order. Date range limits accounts by order date (account must have order within date range). Regions and categories filter accounts by the region and category assigned to the products they have ordered.
Discounts Search Data Sets
Discount Percentage Average
Average percentage each product was discounted. Date range limits discounted products by order date. Regions and categories filter discounted products by the region and category assigned to the product.
Discount Amount Average
Average amount of applied discounts. Date range limits discounted products by order date. Regions and categories filter discounted products by the region and category assigned to the product.
Discounted Orders Percentage
Percentage of orders that used a discount. Date range limits discounted products by order date. Regions and categories filter discounted products by the region and category assigned to the product.
Discounts Used Count
Total number of discounts used. Date range limits discounted products by order date. Regions and categories filter discounted products by the region and category assigned to the product.
Discounts Used Amount
Total amount discounted. Date range limits discounted products by order date. Regions and categories filter discounted products by the region and category assigned to the product.
Admin Search Data Sets
Admin Users By Group
Number of active admin users for each user group. Date range doesn't apply. Regions and categories don't apply.
Admin Users By Status
Number of active and inactive users. Date range doesn't apply. Regions and categories don't apply.
Shipment Search Data Sets
Shipments Over Time
Number of shipments for each day. Date range limits shipments by ship date. Regions and categories filter shipments by the region and category assigned to the products within a shipment.
Shipments By Status
Number of shipments by status. Date range limits shipments by order date. Regions and categories filter shipments by the region and category assigned to the products within a shipment.
Shipments By Status (Unpaid)
Number of shipments by status that have an unpaid balance. Date range limits shipments by order date. Regions and categories filter shipments by the region and category assigned to the products within a shipment.
Shipments Average Time
Average time between order date and fulfillment date. Date range limits shipments by order date. Regions and categories filter shipments by the region and category assigned to the products within a shipment.
Shipments Product Prices Over Time
Total price of all products shipped for each day. Date range limits the results by shipped date. Regions and categories filter shipments by the region and category assigned to the products within a shipment.
Shipments Number Of Items Over Time
Number of products shipped for each day. Date range limits the results by shipped date. Regions and categories filter shipments by the region and category assigned to the products within a shipment.
Shipments Income, Cost, and Number of Items Over Time
Shipment income, shipment cost, and total number of shipped items for each day. Date range limits shipments by ship date. Regions and categories filter shipments by the region and category assigned to the products within a shipment.
Shipping Total
Total shipping collected for this product. Date range doesn't apply. Regions and categories don't apply.
