The Lead Opportunities section of the CRM gives you the ability to create and track monetary opportunities in real time. This section of the CRM also allows you to automate closing of the opportunities based on Purchases through your e-commerce website.
Example: You have spoken to a lead who has verbally committed to purchase one of your events. You'll create an opportunity tied to the event they are going to purchase and the CRM will close the opportunity when the Account purchases the event.
How To: Select the Create Opportunity button.
Fill out all the important fields and select the event that the Lead is going to purchase.
Note: You must choose the event from the search menu on the right to automatically close the opportunity upon purchase.
Upon selecting a product, the current revenue and participant count will appear in the Product details.
Once the opportunity is saved it will populate on the left of your screen with a countdown timer based on the expected close date you entered into the system.
