CRM Dashboard

Introduction

The CRM Dashboard allows quick and easy access to all aspects of the CRM. Use the CRM to see up-to-the-minute data about every aspect of your client base.  All areas of the CRM dashboard are accessible with a single click to get the information you need.

Quick Access Links and Tools

There are a number of links and tools that are always available throughout your CRM.

Quick Search

Use the searchbox to find your Contacts, Leads, and Organizations. Use the filter to refine your search.

New Communication

Click to create a Communication record. You can choose to send the Communication to your customer or to just record it.

New Lead

Click to create a new Lead. You can choose to mark it as an Organization

 

Advanced Search

Use Advanced Search to find Leads on a variety of criteria, such as activity, status, and location.

Tasks

Clicking on this displays a sub-menu of all Tasks
  

 

Overdue Tasks

See a list of Overdue Tasks that are overdue for the current User.

 

Active Tasks

See a list of Tasks that are active for the current User.  

Overdue Workflow Tasks

See a list of Workflow Tasks that are overdue for the current User.  

Active Workflow Tasks

See a list of Workflow Tasks that are active for the current User.    

View Calendar

Click to view a Calendar.

Changing Users

The data for many Dashboard Widgets can be filtered to specific CRM Users. Use the Change User menu to select a specific User.

Dashboard Tab

There are several widgets on the Dashboard tab. They can be accessed by hitting the refresh button.

Relationships

The Relationships widget lists each type of Account. It has a count of how many Accounts are that type. It links to those Accounts.

Key Relationships

The Relationships widget lists each type of Account by Icon. It has a count of how many Accounts are that type. It links to those Accounts.

Sales

The Sales widget lists each type of Opportunity. It is filtered to the current User. It has a count of how many Opportunities are that type. It links to those Opportunities.

Opportunities

The Opportunities widget lists Opportunities by status. It is filtered to the current User. It has a count of how many Opportunities are that type. It links to those Opportunities.

Communications

The Communications widget lists each type of Communication for the current month. It is filtered to the current User. It links to those Communications.

Recently Viewed

The Recently Viewed widget lists Accounts that have been recently viewed. It is filtered to the current User. It links to those Accounts.

Most Viewed

The Recently Viewed widget lists Accounts that have been viewed most. It is filtered to the current User. It links to those Accounts.

Dashboard Widget Links to Lists

If you select a link from a Widget, one of two things will happen. If there is just a single item, then it will go directly to that item. If there are multiple items, then it will go to a list of those items.

For example, there are two Opportunities that have the "Contacted" type.

Clicking the "Contacted" link returns a list of those Opportunities.

Clicking the Edit Icon on an Opportunity returns the Opportunities tab for the relevant Lead.
