In cases where participants must meet a time-based threshold of attendance of an event, such as in continuing education, Configio now offers a minimum attendance requirement feature to maintain this. This allows event admins to set a minimum threshold time for attendance, and further actions, such as email communications, can be sent based on whether a participant's total attendance time meets this value.
After creating the calendar schedule for your event, on the Advanced tab > Calendar section, you can enable minimum attendance and set the time value a participant must meet.
There are three new email message types for 'Absent', 'Attended, Minimum Not Met', or 'Attended, Minimum Met'. After being created, these email messages are assigned to the product before attendance is completed.
When 'Attendance Complete' is marked for the final date of the event, the check-in and check-out times for each participant are calculated and given a status of 'Absent', 'Attended, Minimum Not Met', or 'Attended, Minimum Met'.
The status of the attendance calculation is displayed on the Calendar, and the attendance status of each participant can be displayed in the attendance grid. If there is a change made to the Minimum Attendance Value after the attendance calculation is completed, admins can re-calculate the participant's attendance from the calendar.
To provide an additional layer of security, admins can choose to require cart users to reset their account password on an enforced cadence.
Under Settings > Setup > Password Settings, you can define the duration in days from the last password creation to force a new password. In cases where an account and password exist prior to the release of this feature (and therefore no log of the last password set date), you can select a date to require those existing accounts to be required to reset their password going forward.
For report types that contain the 'Staff Data' fields, there is a new data field type for 'Last Inactive Date which will be populated when a Staff Position is set to 'Do Not Hire', 'Not Hired', or 'Former Employee'
For report types that contain the 'Product Advanced' fields, there are new data field types for 'Is Course', 'Course Type', and 'Credits'.
When enabled, the report results will include:
