Configio is continuing work to create a single source for all reporting and migrating all Legacy report functionality into the 'New'/standard Report engine. In this release, we are introducing the ability to run 'New' reports from the product Roster tab. This feature will allow admin greater flexibility to surface data, access multiple version or layouts of reports, and create reports with complex filter types.
When creating a report, there is a new report type for 'Product Roster'. When creating this type the will enable the Visible In Roster Tab, and can not be disabled. Additionally visibility can be grated to Staff and Coordinators.
In the edit fields screen of the report, make note of these additions:
Additional data points and filters can be added to accomplish the users goal for multiple versions of viewable reports.
When viewing the Roster tab of a Product, the Type dropdown will display the Legacy Roster types and continue to default to the Legacy versions. A section for 'Product Roster (NEW)' will also be displayed. In this section will be versions of the report we seeded out which will duplicate the fields currently selected on the client's Legacy version of the matching report and with the applicable filters . Any additional Product Roster report types created are also displayed and accessible here.
Current limitations and next up additions:
When viewing the order panel on an account, a count of the total/active order products within that order are displayed to assist admin with identifying target orders
When editing an Account, the action items for Change Password, Forget Account Information (if enabled), and Email Verification (if enabled) are consolidated into a single dropdown
When requiring accounts to perform an email verification, admins are now able to suspend the verification step for a period of time.
There is a new Configuration for 'The number of hours to suspend account email verification'. The default is two hours, if you require a longer period, contact Configio Support.
When the configuration 'Require Accounts to Verify their Email Address' is on, the Email Verification option will be displayed in the Manage dropdown of the account. Clicking on this will display the current verification status of the account, and if not verified, the ability to suspend the verification step.
When a payment is applied to an option, the Payment and Payment Details API endpoints will now return a field of 'IsOptionPayment: true' to allow API consumers to better differentiate between one time and recurring payment revenue.
The cart page '/accountaccesscodes' has been updated so that access code will only display if the following product criteria is met
When product quantities are increased via the product import or bulk product update features, it will now run the logic to send Product Available emails for waitlists on the impacted products
The Staff Import template will display options for any active payroll Service Providers allowing admins to add payroll numbers in bulk when importing or updating Staff
In order to better manage large scale data and avoid potential webservice/WAF timeouts, Configio will be migrating our import management tools to run in background services rather in the webservices. The Roster Import was moved previously, and the Membership import is now complete.
To support reducing potentially fraudulent transactions, the existing Configuration 'Require captcha to process an order' will also apply to Money Requests when enabled. Additionally, when a threshold of bad transaction requests is reached, the Configuration will automatically enable.
Configio previously updated the default for Gtag properties from GA3 to GA4. Some clients have expressed a dependency on the GA3 format that they wish to continue using. There is a new configuration 'Enable legacy GA3 model for google analytic data' that will revert the default GA4 format to the GA3 format when enabled.
