1. Resend Lottery Results Emails to Participants
Cart users participating in a Lottery can now easily resend lottery result emails to themselves or others from the Lottery Management page. When resending, the system automatically fills in the participant’s email address, or falls back to the account email if one is not available. The email address can also be edited before sending.
2. More Flexible Badge Scanning Without RFID Requirements
A new Badge Search Type option allows Admins to access the participant record even if they are not linked to an RFID tag. When this option is enabled in the Configuration or an individual user, scanning a badge takes administrators directly to the participant’s record instead of stopping to require RFID setup. RFID information can still be added later if needed through the Badges tile on the Account/Participant record.
3. Shared Notes Between Accounts and Participants
Notes can now be shared between account records and participant records using a new “Shared Display” option to keep important information visible and consistent without duplicating notes in multiple places. When enabled on an account note, that note will automatically appear for all participants under the account. When enabled on a participant note, it will also be visible at the account level.
4. Clearer Credit Card Activity in Reports
Credit card transactions are now logged with clearer, more detailed steps in reports. Instead of combining actions, authorization and capture are shown as separate entries. Users will see distinct labels for authorizations, captures, voids, and refunds. This makes it easier to understand what happened during a transaction and simplifies troubleshooting or reconciliation.
5. Process Imports in Background
In Configio’s ongoing initiative to process imports in background services to improves performance and reduces waiting time while large files are processed, this release includes the migration of:
- Allotments Import
- Leads Import
6. Import Results Delivered as a Downloadable File
After completing an import, administrators now receive a results file by email. This file includes the original import data along with two new columns that show the status and any failure messages for each row. These details make it easier to identify errors, understand what went wrong, and fix issues quickly. The updated file can be corrected and reused for reimporting failed records.
