Region Owner/Region Manager operators

For single database franchises, message operators have been updated to include:

• Updating the operator title of 'Account Manager' to 'Region Manager' for better consistency
• Adding a new operator type for 'First Names'
• Adding region Owner and Region Manager operators to additional email types

Inactive account search filter

Admins using the quick or advanced search on the accounts page can now choose if inactive account or participant records are included in the search results. When inactive is enabled, results will include both active and inactive result record

Improved error messaging on invalid participant data

When unaccepted characters are entered into participant data fields, error messaging has been updated to direct the user to the specific un-allowed character and the field name the character is located in

Add Captcha to process order step

As an additional tool to mitigate invalid and potentially fraudulent charge attempts, clients are able to enable a new configuration to require captcha be completed on the process order step of checkout

Updates to Staff Hired dates

Staff report fields have been updated to include 'First Hire Date' and 'Last Hire Date' to provide admins more consistent reporting and better visibility into the duration of seasonal staff

• When a Staff person first goes into a state of Hired or Checklist complete, both the First and Last hired dates will be set
• If the staff person goes from Checklist Complete to Hired, no date changes are made
• If the staff person then goes into a state that is not Hired or Checklist Complete (such as Former Employee), and is then moved back into a Hired or Checklist Complete state, the Last Hired date will be updated

Changes to the admin UI

Over the next several months, Configio will be introducing updates to the admin user experience to improve readability, accessibility, and layout. This release contains the following updates to the admin experience:

• Font style and size updates on admin pages
• Admin user beta feature flag
  • When introducing new features in a beta stage that may change a users experience or workflow, this setting will be available on a user and user group level to allow users to opt out of the beta experience
