Account Introduction

The Account Screen gives you a number of tools you can use to get your work done and to assist your customers.

Note: You can look up an Account by the Account holder's First Name or Last Name by typing it into the search field:



Click on “Participant” to search for an Account by the names of Participants under the Account.
If a customer has used “Anonymous Checkout,” click on “CC” to search for the Transaction by the last 4 digits of the customer's credit card.
