Using the The Content Builder

Introduction

You can customize the layout and content of the shopping cart landing pages for every group. This is done via our Content Management System. There are four content blocks unique to the page. Each block has several configurable options.
 
Below are instructions for using the Content Builder for Account Groups. For general information, please see the other Content Builder articles.
 
Note: The content builder only impacts the shopping cart. Editing the content builder does not impact administrative tools.

Opening the Content Builder

Log into your administrative console and navigate to Settings -> Management -> Account Groups. Select a group. On the Details tab, there is a Layout & Content section. Click the Content Builder button.

Viewing the Content Builder

You will see the Content Builder screen. If you have never modified the layout before, then you will see the default settings from the Account Group Template.

Editing a Content Block

Hover over content block with "Show Visual Aids" checked and then select the gear icon.

 
You will see a screen to edit the options. Make your changes, click the Ok button, then click the Save button.

 

Account Group Header Options

There are options to hide or show the: Logo, Name, Member Count, Email Members Button, and Short Description.


Account Group Details Options

There are options to hide or show the: Description, Primary Contact, and Date Created.

 

Account Group Members Options

There is an option to limit how many members are shown on the page. There is also an option to hide or show a "View All" button. If members select the button, then a page opens to view all members with their contact information.

Account Group Communications Options

The Account Group Communications content block has multiple tabs. The tabs can be rearranged by dragging and dropping.

Account Group Communications - Posts Tab Options

There are options to: Show Posts Tab, Allow Posts, Allow Polls, Allow Pins, Allow Comments, and Allow Likes. There are also options to rename that tab and to limit how many Posts are shown on the page.

Account Group Communications - Files Tab Options

There are options to Show Posts Tab and to Allow File Uploads. There is also an option to rename that tab.

Account Group Communications - Calendar Tab Options

There are options to Show Calendar Tab and to Allow New Appointments. There is also an option to rename that tab.

Account Group Communications - Custom Tabs

There is a button to add a custom tab. You can input a title and a body. You can add multiple custom tabs.
