Terminating your contract with Momentive Software

Contract Termination Process

The process for terminating your contract with Momentive Software is very simple. If your organization decides not to renew, you are encouraged to contact your Account Manager as soon as possible to begin the termination process. This allows the Momentive Software team time to ensure your existing Product and email campaigns are completed successfully, the necessary data is exported from your Configio domain, and any loose ends are tied up before the contract reaches its end.

Important! Your contract may have a required notice period before you can terminate your contract; please refer to your contract for this information before beginning the termination process.

During the termination process please pay close attention to removing all scheduled reports and recurring payments as these will continue unless manually removed.

What Happens to Our Data?

Your data is held and maintained in your Configio domain for 30 days after your contract ends. This ensures that if any data is needed after your contract ends, you will still be able to access it. After 30 days the data is erased from all Configio and Momentive Software databases to ensure all personally identifiable information (PII) is handled securely.
