Reports - Products In Cart

Introduction

Admins can now run a report that shows a list of items in a user's shopping cart so the details of the person associated with the cart item and the cart item itself can be seen. 

Getting Started

Once you have logged into your Configio admin page, navigate to the Reports menu.

From the report type dropdown select "Products in Carts"

If this is the first time you have run this type of report you will need to create a new report.

Input a Title for your report and select "Products in Carts" for the report type, then click Save

Now that you have created the report it is available to be visualized. Select the report from the Reports menu, then click the "Visualize Report" button.

The fields displayed in the report can be customized per report, please refer to Reports - Filters
