How To Deactivate or Delete a Triggered Email Message

Overview

Triggered Email Messages may be marked as inactive or deleted after you no longer have use for them.

Getting Started

First, find the Triggered Email Message you wish to mark Inactive or Delete by going to Settings > Assignments > Triggered Messages:

Next, you will want to click the Edit icon on the Triggered Email Message that you wish to delete or mark inactive:

 

Marking A Triggered Email As Inactive

After clicking the Edit icon, you will be taken the to Edit Triggered Message screen. From there, toggle the "Active" switch to "Inactive" and click "Save" to save your changes:

Deleting A Triggered Email

After clicking the Edit icon, you will be taken the to Edit Triggered Message screen. From there, select the "Delete" button to delete your Triggered Email Message:
 
Note: There are going to be some cases where you cannot delete the Trigger that was associated with the Triggered Email Message. If you have previously deleted the Triggered Email Message that was associated with the Trigger, you will be unable to delete the Trigger.
