Triggers can be created to have one action occur automatically based on another.
Example: You want to send out an automatic email based on the Account's Birthday.
How To: Start at Settings > Triggers On the "Manage Triggers" screen, click Add New. Your new Trigger appears in the list. Click Edit to change the name, the Trigger Type Assigned, Offset Days, or set the Trigger as Inactive.
Note: Event Start is the same as Event Start Date, but is the actual time the event starts, not just the date.
Offset Days is how many days before or after the Triggered event the action will occur.
Assigning a Trigger: This is not yet live, will need to update.
Tip: Remember that creating the trigger does not mean that you are done. You still need to assign that Trigger to some sort of item, such as an email.
