Introduction
You can permit Staff Members and Coordinators to run Reports. This is done on the Edit Details screen of your Report. Then, when the Staff Member or Coordinator is viewing Products in their portals, they can run the Report.
Staff Members can only run Reports on Products that they are assigned to. Coordinators can only run Reports on Products that are part of their Organization.
Note: Only Product-based Reports are available for Staff Members and Coordinators.
Getting Started
Login to your Administrative Console, click on Reports, and click on the Add New Report button.Input a Title, choose a Product-based Report, and click the SAVE button.
You will now see a Permissions section. Under "Run Screen Permissions," check "Staff Portal" and/or "Coordinator Portal," then click the SAVE button.
Note: Reports that have been marked for Staff Members or Coordinators cannot be run from the main Reporting screen. For more information, see the warning message in the application.
Running a Report as a Staff Member
The Staff Member can go to the Staff Schedule screen and select a Product from the Grid View or the Calendar View. Learn more about the Staff Schedule screen here.
The Product Info modal will appear. They will then click the Reports button.
Under the Product Reports section, they can select your Report and click the Print or Download buttons.
They will then see the Report in the browser, or they will be sent the Report as a CSV downloaded file.
Running a Report as a Coordinator
The Coordinator can go to the My Events screen from their Coordinator Dashboard and select a Product from the Grid View or the Calendar View.
The Product Info modal will appear. They will then click the Reports button.
Under the Product Reports section, they can select your Report and click the Print or Download buttons.
They will then see the Report in the browser, or they will be sent the Report as a CSV downloaded file.
