Introduction
Configio has dozens of existing integrations with platforms from credit card charging to association management. These integrations often fall into a type, with the distinction of one-way vs two-way, and have other details outlined below.
To set up an integration for your site, please submit a ticket to Configio Support or contact your Integration Manager.
Existing Integrations
New Integrations
- System Name (for example, GoToMeeting)
- Brief description (for example "I want to create meetings in GoToMeeting from Configio, tie those meetings to a registration product, and have registrants in those products in Configio be registered in the GoToMeeting meeting.")
- API documentation (for example, https://developer.goto.com/GoToMeetingV1/)
- Test Account (sometimes this is called "sandbox" or other vendors may have a "developer center" where we can request this)
Stripe Requirements
When setting up a Stripe integration, you will need to provide an Attestation of Compliance, which is provided in Whistic.
In order for Stripe to toggle "Process Payments Unsafely," you will need to submit a SAQ A from Configio to Stripe (this can be obtained from your Integration Manager).
When contacting Stripe, use the following language:
I would like to request that Stripe enable raw card data APIs for my account. I've attached a combined SAQ questionnaire. First, our SAQ A and following, Configio's SAQ. Configio has several clients using Stripe. Configio is fully handling the cardholder data via an event registration website. If this attachment is insufficient, I would appreciate some direction. Configio is willing to meet with us and Stripe to work this out. My name is xxxxxxxx, IT Director for xxxxxxxxx. My email is xxxxxxxxxxx and my phone is xxxxxxxxx.
After you hear back from Stripe, you can then reach out to your Implementation Manager, where they will be able to combine the SAQ A and AOC. This will allow Stripe to allow Configio tokens to open the integration between Configio and Stripe.
