The Add Options to Order link is for your customer to add Options to existing orders.
Example: An account holder signed up a participant up for an event and forgot to add the $5 lunch option. If the option is still available, he can add it without having to call you or redo the entire order to include the option.
How To: Help your customer log into the Shopping Cart (or impersonate his account), then:
Under the Shopping Cart's Orders tab, click Add Options to Order to open the "Account Summary" screen.
Locate the correct order and click Add to open the "View Order Details" screen.
Scroll through the available options and click add.
Click Next to enter the Checkout process. Once Checkout is complete, the added option will be tied to the original order.
