Introduction
Both Products and LMS courses can be set with Credit Types and Credit Amounts to create a Transcript, available to Accounts on their Account Dashboard. The Course Transcript for Cart users, includes details for the name of the Account, or Participant, the Product, or LMS course, completion status and date completed, Course Type, Credit Type and number of credits.

Getting Started
Login to your administrative console and Navigate to Settings > Assignments > Lists. There are two system lists that are used with this feature:Course Types - The Course Type allows you to specify how the user accomplished the course credits, as in Classroom, Online, Virtual Meeting, etc.
Credit Hour Types - Add list items for the Title of the credits you will offer, such as Math, English, science, etc.
Use the Edit List Items button (gear icon) to edit the list and enter your values for each.
Setting Course Values on a Product
Navigate to the Product screen, select the product to which you wish to set Course Credits and select the Advanced tab. Check the checkbox for 'Is Course', then select from your list items of Course Types.Click the Edit Credits button, to access the Credit Types modal. Here you can assign hour values to each Credit Type. Credit Hours can be whole numbers or decimal values.

The Completed Status of Credits from a Product
Course Credits from a Product will abide by the Attendance Requirement set on Custom Fields tab of the product. Once the Attendance Requirement set on the product has been met, the Course Credits will be displayed as 'Completed'. Navigate to the LMS Learner Courses screen and click Edit Course for the course you wish to set Course Credits to. Select the checkbox for 'Is Course'; you can then select from your list items of Course Types.

The Completed Status of Credits from an LMS Course
Course Credits from an LMS course will display Not Started, Started, Submitted and Complete and the Learner progresses though the LMS Course
Viewing Credits Earned
When an account has Purchased a product or enrolled into an LMS Course set to Is Course; a table will display on the account dashboard with the product/course name, name of earner (account or participant), course type, status (complete, missed, failed, etc.), each of the credit our types for that item, total credits, and a certificate column that is a link to the first certificate earned for that item. The Course Hour can also be exported and the export will include an active link to the first certificate earned when applicable.
