Viewing Order History

Configio customers may view their Order History at any time. Also, Form Answers may be changed and Options may be added to Orders after the original purchase.

Example: A customer is going to a Driving Event, but decides to bring a different car to the Event and needs to edit Form Questions.

How To: 
Have the customer login to the Shopping Cart, or Impersonate the Account.
Under Account > Orders > Order History the Account Summary screen appears.


Create a Statement, filter Order History, add Options, view Order Details, edit Form Answers, or change Recurring Credit Card information on the Account Summary screen:
