Approved Products are specific Products (Events, Merchandise, Memberships, and more) that you as an Administrative User has approved a specific customer to purchase. These Products are only available for purchase by the Account(s) specified by the Administrative User.
If your customer received an Approved for Ordering email and he wants to make the purchase,he can simply click the link in the email. If he runs into a problem, help him log into the Shopping Cart (or impersonate his account), then
Under the Shopping Cart's Account tab, click Approved Products.
He'll be shown the product he's been approved to purchase. Help him add it to his cart and proceed to Checkout.
