Example: You want to look up an Account and then transfer to the CRM to document a communication with the customer.
How To: You must first look up the Account name of the customer for whom you want to access via the CRM. Next simply click the "CRM Profile" button as detailed below:
You will now be transferred to the CRM Account for that particular user’s Cart Account:
From here you can do everything you could if you had accessed the CRM directly (New Communications, Edit Lead, Create Opportunities, Set a Contact, Make Notes, etc.) SEE CRM HELP FILE for more info.
