Triggered Emails for Media Award Notifications

Have more questions? Submit a request

Introduction

You can create Triggered Emails that are sent to notify your customers when they have been awarded a Media Item. The email is sent to everyone who has been awarded a Media Item during the previous day, and it prompts them to login to their Account so that they can download their Certificate. One Triggered Email can target one or many types of Media, and if the Customer was awarded multiple Certificates the previous day, they will only receive one Email Message.

Getting Started

There are no System level Configurations related to feature.

Creating the Email Message

Login to the Administrative side of your database and navigate to Settings --> Assignments --> Email Messages. Click the "Add New Email" button.

Input a Email Subject and Body. We suggest including the "Account Dashboard Link" Operator so that there is a convenient way to get to their Certificate. Then, click the SAVE button.
