Creating the Waitlist Report
To begin, you will need to create a Waitlist Report in the Reports module. To do this, in the admin console, navigate to Reports and select + New Report. Here, you will title your report, select Product Waitlist from the Type dropdown, and select Save:
Once you've selected Save, you will be able to edit the Report's Permissions and Visibility settings. To view the Waitlist Report from the Product's Roster tab, the Visible to Roster Tab option will need to be selected. To commit this change, select Save:
Important! By having this report visible on the Roster Tab, it will not be visible within the Reporting module. If you would like to run this report in the Reporting module as well, you will need to clone the report.
Viewing the Report on the Product Roster Tab
To view this Report on the Product Roster tab, navigate to the Products module and select the Product you'd like to report on. Then, select the Roster tab and select the Product Waitlist report you created from the Type dropdown:
Then, you will be able to select if you'd like to view the report in the browser, in Excel, Print the report, view the Hot Sheets, or Create Product Media.
When you select View In Browser, the report will appear like this, with all selected reporting fields displayed:
