Using the My Activities Page in the Help Center

Overview

When you submit a request to the Configio Support Team through the Help Center, you can view the status of all of your requests on the My Activities page. Here, you can search through your submitted requests, view their status, add comments, images, or videos to existing tickets.

Accessing My Activities

There are two ways to access the My Activities page in the Configio Help Center: by selecting the My Requests button in the header, or by selecting your profile picture and then selecting My Activities.

When you access the My Activities page, you will automatically see all tickets you have submitted to the Configio Support Team. You can also see any tickets you are CC'd on by selecting the Requests I'm CC'd on button.

Updating Tickets

To update a ticket, select the ticket from the My Activities page. This will open the ticket where you can add an update, images, links, attachments, or CC other people who may be interested in your ticket.

Whenever you receive an update on your ticket, you will be notified via email.
