Region Owner
Admin users can now choose an active admin as the Owner of each Region.
There is a new "Owner" dropdown field when creating and editing Regions that allows users to select an available Admin user. This is to help clients track who is the owner of an individual Region.
Region Account Manager
Admin users can now choose an active admin as the Account Manager of each Region.
There is a new "Account Manager" dropdown field when creating and editing Regions that allows users to select an available Admin user. This is to help clients track who is the Account Manager of an individual Region.
Nonresident Fee
Admins now have the ability to create a fee that is charged to customers who are nonresidents where the event is being held
There is a new Fee type called "Non-Resident." When this requirement is active on a fee, Configio will run the following checks to see if the fee should be charged:
- Compare the city from the primary address of the organization assigned to the product to the city of the Account's primary address
- If the cities are an exact match, the fee is not applied. If the cities do not match, the fee is applied
- If there is no primary address associated to the Organization, Configio will compare it against the city in the Product's Location
- If the Account does not have an address listed, the fee is not applied
