When a product-based Email is created, it becomes available for assignment to any Product, Category, or Region in the system.
To assign an Email at the Product level:
Go to the Products section and select the product to which you want the Email assigned.
Click on the Assignments tab and select Email Messages from the Assignments column.
Find the Email you wish to assign to the Product and drag it from the Unassigned column to the Assigned column.
This newly assigned Email will be active for the Product to which it has been assigned.
The same process may be used at the Category / Region level as well.
To assign a product-based Email at the Category, or Region level:
Under Settings, Assignments column, select Categories, or Regions.
Click on the Select Category, or Select Region button and choose the item to which you want the Email assigned.
Select Emails from the Assignments column and find the Email you wish to assign to the Category, or Region.
Drag the Email from the Unassigned column to the Assigned column.
Since an assignment at this level must be an intersection of both a Category and Region, the system will remind you to select one, or assign it for you.
This Email will now be active for all of the Products which are assigned to the Category and Region selected.
